I met John in London Village in 2000 and I continued enjoying his walks when I joined Clog. John’s walks were adventures that I always embraced with immense joie de vivre!
I remember John as an unassuming, friendly and considerate person with a mind free from judgement and stereotypes. I always felt at ease and relaxed in his company.
He would appear for New Year’s trips out of nowhere, strolling leisurely, carrying a rucksack with a cool and calm smile on his face.
I shall miss you, John.
